I've played on MafiaRP for awhile current time, I've actually played ParatrooperRP & MarineRP back in the day on Edelweiss Gaming when it first started and ended, and a bunch of other servers that were SeriousRP. I follow rules, I stay in character, and I play that shit like if it's real life, how it's suppose to be played. I've been Administrator on ZombieRP, CityRP, ParatrooperRP(this community), MarineRP(this community), and MilitaryRP. Super Administrator on MafiaRP, LiteRP, HaloRP, and MilitaryRP. Owner and Co-Owner as well but that doesn't matter. [b][u]How much playtime do you have on the server?[/u]: [/b]Just 1 day but the server can use a lot of help since I've been active before the community ended back in the day, help is what I do best, and the server had a good ass time when I served as Admin. [b][u]Why would you like to be Admin?[/u]: [/b]I would like to be Admin/Mod because I can already see slight mistakes and I can see the staff having struggles being alone without a extra hand to help out and I want to be that extra hand. Minges flooded the server yesterday and today, and they need to be removed without a chance or a slap on the wrist. This community back in the day was all about serious and there wasn't a single minge on the server because me or someone else got rid of them in a heartbeat. This community is going fantastic at the moment and I want it to continue going that way. I don't want to see this community go down again over stupid mistakes. Players aren't sticking to what they're suppose to, consequences will come. Simple as that. Back in MarineRP when the community was going downhill, I fought for it with sweat and tears. I couldn't fight hard enough because no one didn't wanna fight with me. [b][u]What is FailRP?[/u]: [/b]FailRP is when a player doesn't do what hes/shes suppose to do on the server. Therefore, they get warned doing so. [b][u]SCENARIO QUESTIONS (Provide how you would handle the situation and how you would go about punishing the individual) A person is complaining that one of their peers is fail RPing, but has no proof to back it up, what would you do?[/u]: [/b]I'll go somewhere else in the map that's safe and away from the player base and tp the player that's complaining and the person who he/she is accusing of FailRP. Talk it out, hear one and the another's side of the story, and think it all out. [b][u]Someone is not cooperating whilst being trained, being an obvious minge. What would you do?[/u]: [/b]Automatic ban. If they care about their position on the server that much, they'll make a ban appeal. Simple as that boys. [b][u]A fellow staff member is abusing his/her administrative powers, what would you do?[/u]: [/b]I'll report it to the upper management and message that staff member that's abusing what they're doing right and wrong, just to give them a heads up and a wake up call. [b][u]Two members are arguing in Out of Character chat, you warn the two to stop, yet they continue. What would you do?[/u]: [/b]I'll tp them out of that area, set them both straight, hear both sides of the story on why they are arguing, and end the beef, the proper way. [b]   [/b]
