Why Would you like to be an NCO? I believe  my experience as an NCO and as a leader would be a great help to the server. I enjoy commanding others and getting to know the ins and out of my peers, subordinates, and my superiors. I am also in AFROTC and I believe this will be a good way to practice my abilities. Plus, It is just plain fun for me.

Why should we pick you over other applicants?
 How active can you be?

=16.8pxScenario Questions (Be descriptive as possible)

You and your squad are engaged in a firefight in the middle of a town street. Buildings to your left and right, straight ahead is an overwhelming enemy force. You and your men are behind cover with one man severely wounded. How do you proceed? Radio for support. If there is no immediate support, I would (if absolutely necessary) call for a tactical  retreat. If the area is of major importance to a mission of large scale, I would attempt to hold position to the best of my squad's ability (which would not really be a good case as we are flanked on all sides). As for the injured man, I would (using passive rp with me and mu subordinates) either get the man out of the building and away from the fight, or get a medical team to his location as soon as possible. This scenario does not state what the mission objective is. I am going to assume that it is a defensive battle with no reinforcements. The most logical choice out the bunch would to get everyone to retreat to a location farther within lines and plan for a counter-flank once everyone retreats.

You are told to perform reconnaissance of the nearby town of enemy forces. How many many men would you bring and how would you proceed? Absolutely no more than 4 troops should scout at a time, if it has to be more than 2 (optimal). If it is two,  I would check the flanks first for any signs of hostiles. I would start at the far left of the flank and scan, marking hostiles where we see them, along the allied lines. If there is a flank with no enemy troops, we would tread lightly, using as much cover as we can (unfortunately, the NPCs in Garry's Mod have owl eyes and this would not be the best thing to do). It is a very sensitive situation, but the point is to identify as many hostiles as possible whilst not getting caught. One does not need to enter hostile territory if there are too many enemies spotted already. It would also be a wise decision to note flanking/entry points that either the enemy or the allies can use in an offensive.

You and your squad of 9 men are given orders to capture a town from enemy combatants. There are 2 enemies guarding the main road in, 6 enemies in the main square and 3 in a guard house down the west side street. What is your plan of action to take the town and what would you do once it is secure? Assuming a scout squad has sent me this information, I would ask for any good flanking points. Since this is a town, there must be several buildings. I would first get my men to attack the guard house whilst attempting to not alarm the main road guards. I would then split my forces as follows: 4 Troopers take the West side buildings, 4 Troopers take the East, and me and another soldier will head south/north to prepare to take out the guards on the main road. Engagement would be kept to a minimum until in position. Once everyone is in position, they will fire on my mark. The 2 combatants on the road will be taken out first by me and the other soldier and everyone else will engage on the square from atop the highest story of the buildings they can. Once the town is secure, I will radio (or tell the radioman to radio) in that the town is secure and are holding position until told otherwise. The troopers will spread into teams of two and make a perimeter, making sure that if a counter attack happens they are ready to hold the square. I will find a suitable base to serve as our FOB and will coordinate from there (If SNCO, will probably also walk around if NCO).

Upon capturing the town and securing the buildings, you find that there seems to be a much larger enemy force that had been occupying the town. Suspiciously, a large amount of enemy corpses have been found strewn around the town and only you have noticed that some of the bodies have been tampered with but you don't know how or why they were tampered with. There are enough supplies, accommodations and munitions for an entire company of enemy soldiers. You feel like something's wrong. There has also been no current information on whether they have permanently left or are coming back at any moment. How do you proceed?" I would have one of the pairs of soldiers return to this position and inspect further. I would tell my radioman to warn command that there is a much larger force that was wiped out here. I would focus passiveRP with me and the two other soldiers on finding out what happened. My naxt action would be heavily based on what Command says and what we find at the scene of the area. This is a very touchy issue, and since we do not know the cause, I cannot call for a proper retreat from the area. I would request special forces to look into this. Since there are extra supplies, I would tell Command of such, and let them check for poisoning of any kind in the material before redistribution. As per orders, at this moment I have no valid reason to call for a retreat. I tell my men to remain on guard and keep the perimeter secure. the pair of soldiers with me would remain with me for precautionary measures.

There are some lower level enlisted who are talking negatively about the CO, how do you deal with the situation? I would warn that what he/she/they are doing can be considered as sedition and can result in a Dishonorable Discharge or Demotion. I notify Command about the situation and continue to monitor.

Give some examples on how you would promote passive rp when there is currently no event servers happening. Such as training events, getting to know your soldiers better, fleshing out your character etc.
Drill is never a bad idea. It is a great way to build team leadership and bonding (this depends on the threat level of the area around me. Conversations about your characters is a good way too. Filtering out/ swapping out people in flanks is a good way for soldiers to know more than just their squad. RPing whilst nothing is happening (like lighting a cigar) is an interesting way as well. With the help of an Admin/Moderator if needed, some soldiers at a time can be sent to the mess hall for rations. Other, more laidback methods can be used if the threat level is at an extreme low. Building foxholes never hurts ;).

Accepted as Corporal.
